Worker Bee Attitude
The classic movie, Shawshank Redemption, has a line which I try to emulate: get busy living.
Design, art and creativity are living to me. Illustrating this theme became alive in the symbols, colors, texture and meaning of a busy bee.
Bees are the hardest working, most under-estimated creature and I can assimilate to this very well.
Creativity and design is inherent in everything I do, think and dream. I learn something new every day and look to incorporate new techniques or put a spin on traditional styles. I enjoy incorporating elements into a design that bring out the subtle nuances of creativity. I have a knack for simplifying concepts into digestible tidbits.
Humble Start
Growing up on a dairy farm instilled my solid work ethic.
Being the first to graduate from college brought many challenges in tackling unknown hurdles.
This goal-setting mindset has helped me overcome defying obstacles giving me an established sense of pride.
I thrive on using my resources and clever thinking to add a personal and unique touch.
My Passions
I am never bored because my mind is always thinking of something to tackle, something to try or something to experience. It could be building a patio, tilling the garden, dicing up homegrown spicy salsa, classic concert or finding a drink of conversation with live music. I have difficulty talking without a pencil as I tend to draw illustrating my thoughts. I am a creative and share my passionate love of it.
